Sell Energy Upgrades Your Customers Can't Afford to Pass Up
Zeronet USA is looking for driven, entrepreneurial 1099 Outside Sales Representatives to grow our commercial electrical, HVAC, lighting, and energy efficiency business across Maryland and surrounding areas. If you're motivated by uncapped commission and a solution that's easy for customers to say yes to, this is your opportunity.

You'll help businesses and commercial property owners of all sizes cut their energy costs through utility-sponsored programs, where incentives can cover a large share of qualifying project costs. That means a simple value proposition and a fast return for your customers. And because we offer lighting, electrical, HVAC, and other energy upgrades, a single visit can turn into multiple projects and multiple commissions. Warm residential leads will also be provided.

This is a high-activity, in-person role with strong earning potential. You'll have a supportive team behind you every step of the way, so you can stay focused on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.

What You Can Earn
Your earnings are uncapped and grow with your pipeline. The more you close, the more you make.

• Commission on every project. Earn commission on every lighting, electrical, HVAC, and energy project you close, paid under our Sales Representative Compensation Plan.
• Paid training. You're paid during your first 6 weeks while you learn our programs and build your pipeline. It's paid on top of commission and never deducted from future earnings.
• Residential sales. Warm residential leads will also be provided, and you earn commission on every residential sale you close. Homeowners you meet on your own who need HVAC, electrical, or energy upgrades count too.

On-target earnings (OTE):

• Year 1: ~$80K
• Year 2: ~$120K
• Top performers: $150K+
• Experienced, high-performing reps: $200K+

What You'll Do
Every day is a chance to meet new people, solve real problems for businesses, and get paid for it.

• Get out in the field. Visit businesses across Maryland and surrounding areas and build relationships face to face with owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Uncover opportunities. Complete quick on-site lighting assessments with our mobile app, and team up with our HVAC experts on site walk-throughs.
• Close with confidence. Present proposals backed by utility incentives that make the numbers work for your customers.
• Grow every account. Spot opportunities to bundle lighting, electrical, HVAC, and energy upgrades, turning one customer into multiple deals.
• Service residential leads. Commercial is your focus, and warm residential leads will also be provided for you to run and close for added commission.

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset. You treat your territory like your own business and thrive in a 1099, commission-based environment.
• Resilient and results-oriented. You stay persistent through rejection and keep your pipeline moving.
• Relationship builder. You enjoy meeting business owners face to face and earning their trust.
• B2B or outside sales experience is a plus; commercial electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or energy sales experience is a strong plus; residential in-home sales experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with the Baltimore metro area or Southern Maryland is a plus
