Job Description

The Role: 

We’re looking for a talented Designer who brings strong creative thinking, strategic perspective and a high level of ownership to the work.

You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, developers and account teams to understand the bigger picture, and help translate the strategy into compelling creative.

A significant part of this role is web design, so digital expertise is a must. You understand that a great website has a job to do. And determining that job starts with strategy. You think about the audience, user journey, content, functionality and brand, bringing those pieces together into a cohesive digital experience that meets strategic vision.

We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, brings ideas to the table and takes ownership of moving the creative work forward.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and designs across websites and digital campaigns.
• Think beyond individual pages to shape the full digital experience, from user journey and information hierarchy to calls to action, responsive design and interaction.
• Translate strategy and creative direction into clear, compelling designs.
• Bring ideas and solutions to the table, taking ownership of the creative work and helping move projects forward.
• Present creative thinking internally and to clients, clearly articulating the strategy and rationale behind design decisions.
• Work within established brands while also helping create and evolve visual identities.
• Build thoughtful design systems and prepare organized, development-ready files, partnering with developers to ensure the final product reflects the creative vision.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
• Stay curious about new design trends, digital experiences, technology, and AI.



What You'll Bring

• A portfolio with exceptional visual design, including website and digital experiences.
• The ability to think strategically and conceptually.
• Strong understanding of web design, responsive design, UX/UI fundamentals, information hierarchy and designing for real users.
• Visual storytelling skills across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain and advocate for creative decisions.
• Attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset.
