ORDER PICKER / ORDER SELECTOR

Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: First Shift, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with every other Saturday required

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Pickers/Order Selectors to accurately select, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and following all warehouse safety and food quality procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Pick, organize, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Stage completed orders for loading and delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with stock replenishment.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety, food handling, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and order accuracy goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Follow the assigned work schedule, including rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous order picking, order selecting, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and general warehouse environments as required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday required.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Shift: First Shift
• Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Workdays: Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays every other week.
