With decades of industry expertise and a strong focus on design, sourcing, and distribution, the company delivers high-quality products to major retail and eCommerce partners worldwide.The Sales Assistant will support an Account Executive and broader Sales team across multiple accounts while managing sample requests and executing key sales reporting functions. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & Location:Monday–Thursday: In office (Jersey City, NJ)Friday: RemoteKey Accountabilities:Assist Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process, including showroom management, market preparation, and administrative supportSupport bulk order tracking, order logs, receipt of order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates, and maintenance of order booksRun weekly and monthly shipping and on-order reportsAttend market appointments, take notes, and provide recapsPack and unpack samples for trade shows and market appointmentsManage sample requests and trackingSupport special projects as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities/Education:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related fieldPrior internships and/or relevant experience preferredExcellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeConsistent in-office presence required Monday–Thursday
