Qualifications

• Must have/qualify to obtain a valid Florida D Security License
• FLUENT SPANISH a PLUS
• MUST BE RELIABLE AND ALWAYS ARRIVE 15MIN BEFORE ANY SHIFT
• Must be willing to work OVERNIGHT/GRAVEYARD
• WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY - 8-12HR ROTATING SHIFTS
• Must have a reliable method of transportation
• Must have flexibility within the schedule
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements for Security Officer

Responsibilities

• MUST OWN A WORKING SMARTPHONE
• In these roles Officers must have open availability to work any shift
• Officers will be responsible for patrolling, observing, and reporting all suspicious activity to management, or emergency services while on assigned property
• Officers must have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a command presence
• On-call officers are utilized for special projects, when and when additional coverage is needed
• Shift: VARIES
• Smartphone Skills
• Hourly foot patrol
• Incident report writing
• Willing to stand for lengthy periods

Benefits

• On-call officers also earn a higher rate of pay for making themselves available
• Wage: VARIES $12-13HR
